The Stage Fund
From the AGM this year (2013) the Balance stands at £112,650 with proceeds from fundraising of £6,570
The previous year (2012) it was £105,995 with the proceeds from fundraising being £6,655
This fund goes towards improving facilities and equipment in the theatre, all vitally important to help keep the theatre running.
If you would like to help support the theatre, and its future, all donations, no matter how small, are warmly welcome. Even if it’s a small guesture of gift aid when purchasing your tickets, joining the 200 Club, holding a fund raising event or even making a donation – all monies raised will be added to the STAGE fund for the benefit of the theatre and its future.
One way to show your support for the theatre is to Sponsor a Seat. For £100 you can purchase a seat in the auditorium with a plaque for your name, your company or loved ones. So if you have ever taken your seat, and wondered who the little brass plaque on the seat is for – the names are usually a life long member of the theatre, or one of it’s supporters – proud to be named and remembered for the lifetime of the theatre.
